THE CONFERENCE ON LATIN AMERICAN HISTORY (CLAH)
The CLAH is a professional association devoted to encourage the diffusion of knowledge about Latin America through fostering the study and improving the teaching of Latin American history. The Conference is a non-political, autonomous, incorporated, tax-exempt, and non-profit society affiliated with the American Historical Association, although membership in the AHA is not a prerequisite for joining CLAH.
Note: We are now accepting membership renewals for 2025! Beginning in 2025, renewals will be due annually on February 15th and memberships will be for the calendar year.
